Please read these carefully before making a reservation. These terms are designed to ensure a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Appointment Booking

By booking an appointment at Sparshan Spa, you agree to the following terms regarding reservations and attendance:

Punctuality

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to check in, change, and relax before your treatment begins.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to accommodate other scheduled guests. The full service fee will still apply.

Booking Confirmation

All appointments must be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekend appointments.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our therapists:

24-Hour Notice Required

We require at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

✓ Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance incur no charges
✗ Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
✗ No-Show: Failure to attend without notice will result in a full service charge

Note: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation fees help us compensate therapists for reserved time slots.

Payment Terms

Our payment terms ensure a smooth transaction process for all services:

Tax Inclusive

All prices include applicable taxes

💡 Gratuity is not included in service prices. If you feel your therapist provided exceptional service, gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.

Health Disclosure

Please inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your treatment. This ensures we can tailor your service safely and effectively.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or modify service if we believe a treatment may be harmful to your health or wellbeing.

Following Instructions

Guests are required to follow all spa policies and staff instructions for the safety and comfort of everyone.

Hygiene Standards

All treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized between clients. We maintain the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards.

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, we ask that you observe the following spa etiquette:

Early Arrival

Arrive 10 minutes early to check in, change, and begin relaxing

Silence Your Phone

Mobile phones must be silenced or turned off in all treatment areas

Speak Softly

Please keep conversations quiet to maintain a tranquil atmosphere

Respectful Behavior

Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect at all times

Important: We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

Personal Belongings

Sparshan Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please secure your valuables in provided lockers or keep them with you.

Health Disclosure

We are not liable for adverse reactions to treatments when proper health information has not been disclosed by the guest prior to service.

Standards of Care

While we maintain the highest standards of care and professionalism, results may vary based on individual circumstances and responses to treatments.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates make perfect gifts for loved ones. Please note the following terms:

Non-Refundable

Gift certificates cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash

12-Month Validity

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

Transferable

Can be transferred to another person as a gift

Any Service

Can be applied to any treatment or service

Changes to Terms

Sparshan Spa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or premises. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
